Relativity is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to optimize product feedback, prioritization, and releases. You will support and automate core product processes, advance AI-enabled workflows, and help scale our product organization through analytics and SOPs.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in tech or product ops, experience with AI tools, and strong communication as you partner with product, engineering, and business teams to drive efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technology, data analytics, product management, project management, or process/operations analysis.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline work, automate processes, and improve output quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, data analytics, or related area of study.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and cross-functional skills.
• Familiarity with data to analyze and monitor process health and set goals.
• Experience with automation platforms or lightweight internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize feature launch process and coordinate releases.
• Administer tooling for product feedback and roadmap management.
• Maintain product cadences, meetings, and provide guidance for processes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce overhead and improve workflows.
• Design automations using AI tools and workflow platforms.
• Support AI adoption across discovery, requirements, and delivery.
• Measure impact and iterate based on adoption and outcomes.
