Relativity in Poland is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations who will own data governance, reporting infrastructure, and AI-native workflows for the GTM organization. This role emphasizes end-to-end ownership from requirements to enablement.

You will build Tableau dashboards, manage pipeline and revenue forecasting, partner with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff while leveraging Claude and other LLM tools to streamline analysis.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations or related analytical field.
• Advanced Salesforce proficiency and understanding of CRM data architecture.
• Expert Tableau skills for dashboard design that drives decisions.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar).
• Proven track record of end-to-end project ownership.
• Strong communication and data storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of dashboard and reporting initiatives from requirements to enablement.
• Build and improve Tableau dashboards powering sales performance visibility across GTM.
• Develop scalable reports covering pipeline, ARR/revenue forecasting, KPI attainment.
