Relativity is hiring a Product Operations Analyst to support and optimize our product feedback tooling, roadmap management, and department operating rhythms. You will help automate high-friction manual work with AI, AI tools, and workflow platforms, enabling scalable processes across the product organization.

The role emphasizes systems thinking, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with diverse partners to improve discovery, requirements, and delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in technology, data analytics, product management, project management, or process/operations analysis.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot to streamline work and automate processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, data analytics, or related area of study.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset and ability to translate ambiguous problems into scalable solutions.
• Understanding of product management and/or product operations disciplines.
• Familiarity with data to analyze and monitor process/operations health and to track success.
• Experience implementing automations using workflow platforms or building lightweight internal tools.
• Knowledge of Productboard, Jira, and/or Confluence is a bonus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Support and optimize our feature launch process and collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful releases.
• Administer and provide expert guidance for our tooling for product feedback and roadmap management.
• Support product team operating cadence including request routing, coordinating content opportunities for department meetings, and maintaining high-quality internal process guidance and product roadmap assets.
• Identify opportunities to empower product managers by simplifying workflows and reducing operational overhead.
• Identify high-friction or repetitive work across Product Ops and prioritize improvements or automation.
• Design and implement automations using AI tools, workflow platforms, and system integrations to improve consistency and scalability.
• Support adoption of AI-enabled ways of working across discovery, requirements, and delivery.
• Measure impact of process improvements and iterate based on adoption and outcomes.
