HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Senior Rewards and Performance Specialist to execute transactional and operational activities across performance and rewards. You will ensure compliance with global frameworks while addressing local business needs and delivering high-quality operational support.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in performance and rewards, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors and other tools. English proficiency is essential.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in performance and rewards processes.
• Ability to handle sensitive information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; additional regional language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve Tier 2 performance and rewards cases.
• Redirect complex requests to CoEs or OpCos.
• Monitor SLAs and escalate issues.
• Ensure data accuracy, privacy, compliance, and four-eyes checks.
• Support performance cycle setup, form launches, and data tracking.
• Track progress and completion of performance reviews.
• Administer annual compensation and incentive cycles.
• Maintain job catalogues, grading updates, and role evaluations.
• Maintain knowledge bases, FAQs, and documentation.
