Job summary

Vector Synergy in Poland seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide end-user support across desktops, laptops, and peripherals within an enterprise setting. You will resolve incidents, assist in standard pre-authorised requests and changes, and deliver frontline help for login problems, software errors, and connectivity issues, in NATO/NCIA contexts where required.

• Proven experience in end-user IT support in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform incident resolution and support implementation of standard pre authorised request and new change implementations.
• Performing troubleshooting and support.
• Providing first-line support to resolve common IT issues such as login problems, software errors, or connectivity issues.
