Job summary

Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw seeks a Senior IT Service Specialist to deliver on-site IT support for our Warsaw office, handling 1st and 2nd line issues across infrastructure, cloud services, business apps, and end-user devices.

You will work with global IT teams, manage incidents and requests, onboarding/offboarding, asset lifecycle, and office infra upgrades. Travel to other EMEA offices may be required; English fluency is essential, Polish is highly preferred.

Job description

We are looking for aSenior IT Service Specialist to provide on-site IT support for our customer's Warsaw office. The role combines 1st and 2nd line support responsibilities across infrastructure, cloud services, business applications, and end-user devices. You will support day-to-day IT operations, incident resolution, onboarding and offboarding activities, IT asset management, and office infrastructure while collaborating closely with global IT teams.

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, proactive, and experienced in supporting enterprise users in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for internal users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and meeting room equipment.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and request fulfillment activities.
• Perform onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
• Support office IT infrastructure, office moves, refurbishments, expansions, and relocations.
• Respond to outages and critical incidents.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Work with Jira, Confluence, and ITSM platforms.
• Collaborate with global IT teams across different regions and time zones.
• Occasionally travel to other EMEA offices when required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in anIT Service Specialist,IT Support, or similar role.
• Experience providing1st and 2nd line support.
• Strong experience supporting infrastructure, cloud services, and business applications.
• Experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and platforms.
• Experience withCitrix.
• Experience withVMware.

• Experience with incident management and request fulfillment.
• Experience with IT asset management.
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.
