Job summary

Spektrum in Poland seeks an on-site IT support specialist to deliver first and second line CIS support for JATEC users at the Bydgoszcz site.

You will configure devices, perform reimaging, manage accounts, and keep systems aligned with NCIA baselines while following NCIA policies.

The role requires strong Windows and networking basics, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to work extended hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven end-user IT support experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with device setup, reimaging and software installation.
• Hands-on troubleshooting for hardware, OS and connectivity.
• Experience using a ticketing or ITSM system.
• Familiarity with following procedures and checklists.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and office tools.
• Basic IT security practices and password handling awareness.
• Willingness to work on-site and extended hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first/second line CIS support to JATEC users.
• Configure and maintain end-user CIS equipment and baselines.
• Perform device setup, reimaging and patching activities.
• Set up iPhones and configure end-user settings.
• Handle user account requests and access rights.
• Log all work in ticketing systems for traceability.
