Job summary

VB Spine in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Senior Analyst, Desktop Support – IT End User Services to deliver hands-on, on-site IT support for our Warsaw office and to act as escalation point for end-user issues.

You will provide local leadership across desktop support, AV, asset management, and office technology projects, while also offering remote support to European teams and mentoring other resources when applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information technology or related field.
• Fluent in Polish and English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
• 2+ years in help desk or desktop support with strong Windows troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop support for Windows endpoints, Office 365, printers, and devices.
• Respond to IT service tickets with timely, accurate documentation and SLAs.
• Serve as first local contact for escalations and on-site project assistance.
• Offer AV, conference-room, and smart-hand support for meetings and events.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams and maintain asset and stockroom organization.
• Support local and cross-country IT deployments and initiatives.
