Job summary

EMW is seeking a Senior CIS Technician in Bydgoszcz, Poland, to provide first and second line CIS support for end-user devices and services. Tasks include device setup, reimaging, patch management, iPhone configuration, and user account administration, with a focus on compliance with NCIA baselines and procedures.

Candidates must hold an active NATO SECRET clearance, have enterprise IT support experience, and be proficient in Windows, ITSM, and basic networking.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have an active NATO SECRET clearance.
• Extensive end-user IT support experience in enterprise or operational settings.
• Experience with device setup, reimaging and software installation.
• Strong troubleshooting and user-support capabilities.
• Experience using ITSM ticketing systems for task logging.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and basic networking concepts.
• English language proficiency equivalent to STANAG 6001 Level 3 / CEFR B2/C1.

Responsibilities

• Deliver L1/L2 CIS support for JATEC users under CSU Bydgoszcz SOB.
• Handle first-line user incidents, service requests, and asset lifecycle tasks.
• Set up devices, reimage, configure and patch endpoints.
• Set up and reinstall iPhones; manage user accounts and access rights.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Log all work in designated ticketing systems for traceability.
