Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to deliver efficient, scalable HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will work with People Experience, Centers of Excellence and People Solutions to drive standardization and digital transformation.

In this role you will manage complex lifecycle activities, governance and data accuracy, partnering with stakeholders to resolve inquiries and implement process improvements while promoting a One HR approach globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience with exposure to HR Partner or Shared Services.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR operations and lifecycle processes.
• Experience in regional or global service delivery models.
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
• Experience using HRIS, ticketing platforms and workforce reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex employee lifecycle activities, including organizational changes, mobility and workforce transitions.
• Ensure effective execution of annual HR processes and people programs.
• Support governance, compliance and data accuracy across HR operations.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve complex operational inquiries and escalations.
• Analyze HR operational metrics and identify service improvement opportunities.
• Drive automation, process optimization and simplification initiatives.
• Support adoption of self-service, digital HR and AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, playbooks and process standards.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement HR process enhancements.
• Promote a One HR mindset through operational consistency and service excellence.
