EY GDS Poland is seeking a People Experience Partner to shape the end-to-end employee journey. You will design and implement experience strategies across the lifecycle, grounded in employee feedback, engagement surveys and workforce insights.

Working with HR and business teams, you will leverage data and digital HR tools to improve satisfaction, retention and organizational health, while championing a consistent, inclusive people-first culture across EY.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Employee Experience, Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Consulting or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong experience designing employee-centric programs and initiatives.
• Experience using employee insights, engagement data and workforce analytics.
• Strong project management and change management capabilities.

About the role

The People Experience Partner is responsible for shaping and enhancing the end-to-end employee experience across EY GDS Poland. The role combines employee listening, engagement, culture, wellbeing and organizational effectiveness initiatives to create meaningful and consistent experiences that support business performance and employee satisfaction.

Working across HR functions and business teams, the role leverages data, employee insights and digital solutions to continuously improve the employee journey and strengthen EY's people-first culture.
