Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an experienced HR Operations Partner to deliver efficient, scalable HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will drive standardization, governance and continuous improvement, partnering with HR Business Partners and global teams to enable digital HR and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of Human Resources experience with strong exposure to HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience working within regional or global service delivery models.
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
• Experience using HRIS systems, ticketing platforms and workforce reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex employee lifecycle activities, including organizational changes, mobility and workforce transitions.
• Ensure effective execution of annual HR processes and people programs.
• Support governance, compliance and data accuracy across HR operations.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve complex operational inquiries and escalations.
• Analyze HR operational metrics and identify service improvement opportunities.
• Drive automation, process optimization and simplification initiatives.
• Support adoption of self-service, digital HR and AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, playbooks and process standards.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement HR process enhancements.

About the role

The HR Operations Partner is responsible for delivering efficient, scalable and employee-centric HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on operational excellence, process governance, service quality and continuous improvement while ensuring seamless delivery of HR services across assigned client groups.

Working closely with HR Business Partners, People Experience teams, Centers of Excellence and People Solutions, the HR Operations Partner helps drive standardization, digital transformation and operational effectiveness across the HR function.
