Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, aligning workforce priorities with business goals. You will focus on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership enablement and change initiatives that support sustainable growth.

As a senior member of the People Consulting team, you will partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions, coach leaders, drive talent reviews and lead large-scale transformation

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including strategic business partnering responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong expertise in workforce planning, talent management and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience supporting organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
• Ability to leverage people analytics to drive business decisions.
• Advanced stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.
• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
• Experience in regional or global environments preferred.

Responsibilities

About the role
