EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to deliver efficient, scalable HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will work with People Experience, Centers of Excellence and People Solutions to drive standardization and digital transformation.

In this role you will manage complex lifecycle activities, governance and data accuracy, partnering with stakeholders to resolve inquiries and implement process improvements while promoting a One HR approach globally.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of HR experience with exposure to HR Partner or Shared Services.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR operations and lifecycle processes.
• Experience in regional or global service delivery models.
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
• Experience using HRIS, ticketing platforms and workforce reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.

About the role

The HR Business Partner is responsible for delivering efficient, scalable and employee-centric HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on operational excellence, process governance, service quality and continuous improvement while ensuring seamless delivery of HR services across assigned client groups.

Working closely with People Experience teams, Centers of Excellence and People Solutions, the HR Busniess Partner helps drive standardization, digital transformation and operational effectiveness across the HR function.

Skills and qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Human Resources experience with strong exposure to HR Partner or Shared Services.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience working within regional or global service delivery models.
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
