Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking an Sr. Sales Director to drive new logo acquisition for our North American portfolio, including fulfillment, transportation, and payment solutions.

This hunting role targets consumer brands across CPG, apparel, electronics, home, and omnichannel retail with a strong emphasis on ROI-driven value propositions. You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, build relationships at the C- and VP-levels, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and pursue ambitious

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling to enterprise and mid-market retailers.
• Deep understanding of retail dynamics and customer needs.
• Experience selling fulfillment/technology solutions for retail.
• Able to articulate value propositions clearly.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and bring resources at the right stage.
• Proven success in selling high-value, complex solutions.
• Strong new business development and quota attainment.
• Self-starter with network to enter prospects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organization.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manages the sales cycle to acquire new retail and brand logos.
• Develops target account strategies and penetration plans.
• Builds relationships with C- and VP-levels at target accounts.
• Develops ROI-based value propositions.
• Executes major steps of sales process from opportunity hunting to closing.
• Sells against annual revenue targets for products and services.
• Coordinates with pre-sales and professional services teams; provides forecasts.
• Nurtures third-party relationships.
