Sii Poland is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to maintain and develop ELO Digital Office environments. This remote role focuses on supporting users, ensuring high availability, and contributing to impactful projects across teams and external vendors.

You will administer the ELO DMS, develop new functionalities, and analyze logs to resolve issues, collaborating with IT and business units to optimize performance. Strong English and Polish skills are essential for effective communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ELO DMS (ELO Digital Office).
• Strong SQL and database knowledge required.
• Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support and log analysis.
• Excellent communication; fluent English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the ELO document management system.
• Develop new functionalities and participate in deployment projects.
• Analyze and resolve user-reported performance issues.
• Diagnose errors and review application logs.
• Create and modify small scripts to support functionality.
• Collaborate with IT, business units and vendors to improve performance.
• Ensure high availability and stability of the environment.
