Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to maintain and advance our ELO Digital Office environment. You will ensure high availability, resolve user issues, and help implement new features across the system.

This role is remote with flexible work options and collaboration with multiple teams. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years with ELO, strong SQL skills, log analysis ability, and experience in 2nd/3rd line support, plus excellent English and Polish; German at an intermediate level is a

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ELO document management system.
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Ability to analyze application logs and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in problem-solving.
• Advanced English and Polish; intermediate German.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and administering the ELO document management system.
• Developing new functionalities and participating in implementation projects.
• Analyzing and resolving user-reported issues related to system performance.
• Diagnosing errors and analyzing application logs to ensure smooth operation.
• Creating and modifying simple scripts to support system functionality.
• Collaborating with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to enhance system performance.
• Ensuring high availability and stability of the document management environment.
