Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on the maintenance and development of the ELO Digital Office platform. This remote role offers flexible work while contributing to impactful projects.

You will maintain the ELO DMS, implement new features, analyze user issues, and collaborate with IT, business units, and vendors to ensure high availability and performance. Strong SQL, 5+ years with ELO, and fluent English and Polish are required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience with ELO document management system.
Strong SQL knowledge and database experience.
Ability to analyze application logs and troubleshoot issues.
Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support.
Excellent communication and ability to work independently.
Advanced English and Polish; German at intermediate level.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and administering the ELO document management system.
Developing new functionalities and participating in implementation projects.
Analyzing and resolving user-reported issues related to system performance.
Diagnosing errors and analyzing logs to ensure smooth operation.
Creating and modifying simple scripts to support system functionality.
Collaborating with IT teams, business units, and vendors to enhance performance.
Ensuring high availability and stability of the environment.
