Sii Poland is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to maintain and develop the ELO Digital Office environment. You will support users of ELO DMS, ensuring high availability and stability while working remotely and contributing to impactful projects.

Key tasks include administering ELO, developing new functionalities, and analyzing logs to resolve issues. Strong SQL/database knowledge and 5+ years with ELO are required, with fluent English and Polish and intermediate German.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ELO document management system.
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Ability to analyze application logs and troubleshoot issues.
• Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently in problem solving.
• Advanced English and Polish; German at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and administering the ELO document management system.
• Developing new functionalities and participating in implementation projects.
• Analyzing and resolving user-reported issues related to system performance.
• Diagnosing errors and analyzing application logs to ensure smooth operation.
• Creating and modifying simple scripts to support system functionality.
• Collaborating with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to enhance performance.
• Ensuring high availability and stability of the document management environment.
