Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to maintain and develop our electronic document management system (ELO DMS). You will ensure high availability, analyze issues, and collaborate with IT and business units to deliver improvements.

The role requires deep ELO DMS experience, strong SQL and log-analysis skills, and fluency in English and Polish. This is a remote role with opportunities for professional growth within a diverse tech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ELO Document Management System (ELO Digital Office)
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL
• Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support
• Advanced level of English and Polish

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and administering the ELO DMS
• Developing new functionalities and participating in implementation projects
• Analyzing and resolving user-reported issues related to system performance
• Diagnosing errors and analyzing application logs to ensure smooth operation
• Creating and modifying simple scripts to support system functionality
• Collaborating with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to enhance system performance
• Ensuring high availability and stability of the document management environment
