Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to maintain and develop ELO Digital Office environments. You will ensure high availability, analyze logs, and resolve complex issues while collaborating with IT, business units, and external vendors.

This role is remote with flexible work options. Ideal candidates have 5+ years with ELO DMS, strong SQL and log-analysis skills, and excellent English and Polish communication capabilities, ready to independently troubleshoot and implement

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with ELO Document Management System (ELO Digital Office).
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Ability to analyze application logs and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in problem-solving.
• Advanced level of English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and administering the document management system, specifically ELO.
• Developing new functionalities and participating in implementation projects.
• Analyzing and resolving user-reported issues related to system performance.
• Diagnosing errors and analyzing application logs to ensure smooth operation.
• Creating and modifying simple scripts to support system functionality.
• Collaborating with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to enhance system performance.
• Ensuring high availability and stability of the document management environment.
