Sii Poland is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on the maintenance and development of electronic document management systems related to ELO Digital Office. The role emphasizes ensuring high availability and stability of the environment while enabling flexible remote work.

You will handle 2nd/3rd line application support, analyze logs, and collaborate with IT and business units to deliver reliable solutions. Strong English and Polish are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ELO Document Management System.
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Ability to analyze application logs and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support.
• Strong communication skills and independent problem solving.
• Advanced English and Polish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and administering the ELO document management system.
• Developing new functionalities and participating in implementation projects.
• Analyzing and resolving user-reported issues related to system performance.
• Diagnosing errors and analyzing application logs to ensure smooth operation.
• Creating and modifying simple scripts to support system functionality.
• Collaborating with IT teams, business units and external vendors to enhance system performance.
• Ensuring high availability and stability of the document management environment.
