Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to maintain and develop electronic document management systems, specifically the ELO Digital Office platform. This remote role requires ensuring high availability and collaborating with IT teams and external vendors to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years with ELO, strong SQL and log-analysis skills, and excellent communication in English and Polish, with intermediate German.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ELO document management system.
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Ability to analyze application logs and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and administering the ELO document management system.
• Developing new functionalities and participating in implementation projects.
• Analyzing and resolving user-reported issues related to system performance.
• Diagnosing errors and analyzing application logs to ensure smooth operation.
• Creating and modifying simple scripts to support system functionality.
• Collaborating with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to enhance system performance.
• Ensuring high availability and stability of the document management environment.
