Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on the maintenance and development of the ELO Document Management System. This is a remote position based in Poland, enabling flexible work while contributing to impactful projects.

The role requires 5+ years with ELO DMS, strong SQL and log-analysis skills, and the ability to provide 2nd/3rd line support. Fluency in English and Polish and independent problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ELO Digital Office (ELO DMS).
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the ELO document management system.
• Develop new functionalities and participate in implementation projects.
• Analyze and resolve user-reported issues related to system performance.
• Diagnose errors and analyze application logs to ensure smooth operation.
• Create and modify simple scripts to support system functionality.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to enhance system performance.
• Ensure high availability and stability of the document management environment.
