Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to maintain and develop the ELO Digital Office environment. This remote role offers flexible work while ensuring high availability and stability of the document management system.

You will support users, analyze logs, implement new functionalities, and collaborate with IT, business units and vendors. Proficiency in ELO, SQL, English and Polish is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with the ELO document management system.
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Ability to analyze application logs and troubleshoot issues.
• Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support.
• Strong communication skills; able to work independently.
• Advanced English and Polish; intermediate German.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the ELO document management system.
• Develop new functionalities and participate in implementation projects.
• Analyze and resolve user-reported issues related to system performance.
• Diagnose errors and analyze application logs to ensure smooth operation.
• Create and modify simple scripts to support system functionality.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business units and external vendors to enhance system performance.
• Ensure high availability and stability of the document management environment.
