Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist focused on maintaining and developing the ELO Document Management System. You will support users of ELO Digital Office, ensuring high availability and stable environment, while working remotely and contributing to impactful projects.

Key requirements include 5+ years with ELO DMS, strong SQL/database knowledge, log analysis skills, and 2nd/3rd line support experience, plus fluency in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience with ELO Document Management System (ELO Digital Office).
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Ability to analyze application logs and troubleshoot issues.
• Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in problem-solving.
• Advanced level of English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and administering the ELO document management system.
• Developing new functionalities and participating in implementation projects.
• Analyzing and resolving user-reported issues related to system performance.
• Diagnosing errors and analyzing logs to ensure smooth operation.
• Creating and modifying simple scripts to support system functionality.
• Collaborating with IT, business units, and external vendors to enhance performance.
• Ensuring high availability and stability of the document management environment.
