Job summary

Pentoz Technology is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts and drive business growth across a designated region for our IT services portfolio.

In this remote role, you will build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and achievement of revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in IT services, regional focus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong IT services knowledge: Cloud, Software Development, Managed Services, Digital Transformation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the territory.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, closing.
• Collaborate with technical, marketing, and delivery teams for client satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Represent Pentoz at regional industry events.
• Mentor junior sales staff in the region (if applicable).
