Job summary

Pentoz Technology is seeking a highly driven Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to lead our B2B IT services sales efforts in a remote role, targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts. You will develop and execute sales strategies for IT services and digital solutions, identify and close opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts, and lead complex negotiations with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 5–10 years of proven experience in B2B IT sales.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud, AI/ML, Digital Transformation, App Development, and Managed IT Services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for IT services and digital solutions.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Lead complex sales cycles and negotiations involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and pitches.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction post-sale.
• Manage and mentor junior sales or business development team members (if applicable).
• Track sales performance using CRM tools and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for leadership.
• Represent Pentoz at networking events, virtual conferences, and client meetings.
