Pentoz is a global IT services and digital innovation company seeking an IT Services Sales Consultant to join the sales team from a remote location. You will drive the full sales cycle, engaging C-level executives and technical stakeholders to position Pentoz’s cloud, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and digital transformation services.

The role requires 3–7 years in IT services sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and experience with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3–7 years IT services sales, solution selling, or consultative sales.
• Good understanding of IT services such as Cloud, Managed Services, Software Development, and Digital Transformation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage potential clients across industries to promote Pentoz’s IT services.
• Understand customer needs and technical requirements to deliver tailored sales solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical teams, and delivery managers to ensure accurate solution fit and seamless project execution.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions, opportunities, and sales pipeline.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
• Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking to generate leads.
