Qualifications

• Fluent English: C1/C2 level (written and spoken).
• 1–3+ years in operations, account management, or coordination roles at a fast-paced company.
• Experience working with multi-location or franchise portfolios.
• Strong fluency with project management software (ClickUp, Asana, Monday).
• Comfort learning new tools quickly (POS, LMS, delivery platforms).

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day backend across the brand's operational stack including POS and LMS.
• Review daily opening checklists and flag issues to franchisees in real time.
• Manage inventory submissions across locations and ensure data integrity.
• Build and maintain SOPs in collaboration with senior operations staff.
• Syndicate weekly employee feedback and produce clean leadership reports.
• Manage backend menu/listings on delivery channels and support franchise ops.
