Job summary

Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented remote operations specialist to keep day-to-day activities across Shopify, Amazon, and retail running smoothly. You’ll log orders, ensure accuracy, and handle customer support with warmth, while following SOPs and using AI to speed up repetitive tasks.

You’ll report to the operations lead, collaborate across channels, and contribute to building scalable processes for a fast-growing brand. This is a hands-on role for long-term contributors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ecommerce/retail operations, order management, or customer support.
• Hands-on in Shopify for order management and routing.
• Detail-obsessed with a checklist-driven approach.
• Reliable, warm customer follow-up with fast responses.
• Calm under volume in async, remote, founder-led environments.
• Comfortable using AI to speed repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Order processing – log orders across DTC, Amazon, and retail into Shopify.
• Process B2B corporate gifting orders and distributor POs.
• Customer service – follow up with customers and handle returns.
• Website QA – audit product pages and prices.
• System tickets – manage tickets daily until resolution.
• Retail routing support – fill Nordstrom and Macy's routing guides.
• Ops admin – update inventory sheets and team calendar.
• Document processes into SOPs.
• Use AI to speed up drafting where applicable.
