Job summary

FH Collective - Academy is seeking Italian-speaking customer support professionals for a remote role based in Greece. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, focusing on Italian language customers, with full relocation support for moving to Greece.

The position offers an international working environment with full training provided from day one and a base salary of €1,050 gross per month paid across 14 salaries plus up to 10% performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) required.
• Good working knowledge of English (B2+) for training and internal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Solutions-driven mindset with passion for helping others.
• Comfortable navigating digital tools and multi-screen environments.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer support via phone, email, and chat (in Italian).
• Assisting with account issues, content reports, and platform queries.
• Resolving inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
• Logging interaction details in internal CRM systems.
• Meeting team productivity and quality targets.
• Advocating for community safety and product understanding.
