FH Collective - Academy seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join a remote team based in Greece. The role includes full relocation support for EU candidates moving to Greece and a base salary of €1,050 gross per month paid 14 times a year, plus a performance bonus up to 10%.

You will provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, assist with account issues, and log interactions in our CRM. Comprehensive training is provided from day one.

Qualifications

• Italian language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• English language ability at B2+ for training and communication.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• A solutions-driven mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Comfort navigating digital tools and multi-screen setups.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
• No prior experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Assisting with account issues, content reports, and platform queries.
• Resolving customer inquiries while maintaining high service quality.
• Logging interaction details in internal CRM systems.
