Job summary

FH Collective - Academy in Greece invites Italian speakers to join our remote customer support team from anywhere in Greece. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat (in Italian), assist with account issues and platform queries, and resolve customer requests while maintaining high service quality and accurate CRM logging.

This full-time role offers 5 days a week with rotational shifts, full relocation support for EU candidates, paid training from day one, and a generous compensation

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2
• Good working knowledge of English (B2+).
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Solutions-driven mindset.
• Comfortable navigating digital tools and multi-screen environments.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural team.
• No prior experience required — full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer support via phone, email, and chat (in Italian).
• Assisting with account issues, content reports, and platform queries.
• Resolving customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
• Logging interaction details accurately in internal CRM systems.
• Meeting standard team productivity and quality targets.
