FH Collective - Academy is seeking Italian-speaking customer support agents for a fully remote position based in Greece, with full relocation support for EU candidates. This role offers an international team, training from day one, and the chance to advance in a multilingual, service-driven environment.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian, document interactions in the CRM, and contribute to high-quality, safe user experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2 level).
• Good working knowledge of English (B2+ level) for training and internal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• A solutions-driven mindset and genuine passion for helping others.
• Comfortable navigating digital tools and multi-screen environments.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural team.
• No prior experience required — full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer support via phone, email, and chat (in Italian)
• Assisting with account issues, content reports, and platform queries
• Resolving customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
