Job summary

FH Collective - Academy is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Experience Agent for a remote role based in Greece. The position includes relocation support for EU candidates and a 5‑day rotating shift schedule from 08:00 to 00:00.

You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian, assist with account issues, and log details in CRM. Training is provided and paid from day one, with a base salary of €1,050 gross per month (14 salaries) plus a bonus.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2).
• Good working knowledge of English (B2+).
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Solutions‑driven mindset and helping others.
• Comfortable with digital tools and multi‑screen setups.
• Able to adapt to a fast‑paced multicultural team.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities
