FH Collective - Academy is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Experience Agent for a remote role based in Greece. You will provide multilingual support to customers via phone, email, and chat, with training provided from day one and relocation support for EU movers.

The position offers a base salary of €1,050 gross per month paid across 14 salaries, plus a performance bonus of up to 10%. This role suits fast learners who enjoy solving problems in a multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2 level)
• Good working knowledge of English (B2+ level) for training and internal communication

• Providing customer support via phone, email, and chat (in Italian)
