Job summary

FH Collective - Academy is seeking an Italian-speaking customer support specialist to work remotely from Greece. The role includes relocation assistance for EU movers, a base salary of €1,050 gross per month paid in 14 salaries, and performance bonus up to 10%.

Full training is provided from day one, with shifts 08:00–00:00, five days a week, in a multinational, remote work setting. Relocation covers EU flights, two weeks hotel, airport pickup, and real estate agency fees.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian required (C1/C2)
• Good working knowledge of English (B2+)
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are essential
• Solutions-driven mindset and passion for helping others
• Comfort navigating digital tools and multi-screen environments
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural team
• No prior experience required; full training provided

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat (in Italian)
• Assist with account issues, content reports, and platform queries
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
• Log interaction details in internal CRM systems
• Meet standard team productivity and quality targets
• Advocate for community safety and product understanding
