Job summary

FH Collective - Academy is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Experience Associate for a remote role based in Greece. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, addressing account issues and product questions while delivering high-quality service from a multilingual team.

The role includes full relocation support for EU candidates moving to Greece, monthly base pay of €1,050 gross and a performance bonus of up to 10%. Training is provided from day one.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2 level).
• Good working knowledge of English (B2+).
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Solutions-driven mindset and passion for helping others.
• Able to navigate digital tools and multi-screen environments.
• No prior experience required — full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
