FH Collective - Academy in Greece is seeking an Italian-speaking customer experience specialist to join our remote team. You will support customers via phone, email, and chat, primarily in Italian, within an international, supportive environment.

No prior experience is required; full training is provided. Relocation to Greece is supported for EU candidates, including flight, hotel, and airport pickup. Working hours are 5 days a week with rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2).
• Good working knowledge of English (B2+).
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Solutions-driven mindset and helping others.
• Comfortable with digital tools and multi-screen environments.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced multicultural team.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Assist with account issues, content reports, and platform queries.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
• Log interaction details accurately in internal CRM systems.
