FH Collective - Academy is seeking an Italian-speaking customer support agent to join our remote team in Greece. The role offers relocation and full training, with support across phone, email, and chat channels to resolve customer issues.

You will log interactions in the CRM, uphold service quality standards, and collaborate with a multicultural team. Fluency in Italian and good English are required; no prior experience is necessary.
