Qualifications

• Comfortable on camera while running professional demo calls.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries from property owners interested in management services.
• Qualify owner needs, property details, timeline, and urgency.
• Explain services clearly and professionally.
• Run on-camera demo calls with prospective clients.
• Close qualified owners and guide them through next steps.
• Maintain CRM records with notes, tasks, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Follow up consistently with owners who have not moved forward.
