You will confidently answer inquiries, assess needs, explain services, and conduct on-camera demo calls to close qualified leads. You will stay aligned with owner expectations, guide them through next steps, and ensure a smooth handoff while maintaining accurate CRM records and professional client communication in a remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; required for candidates without strong equivalent sales experience.
• 3–5+ years of full-time experience in inbound, consultative, inside, or high-ticket sales.
• Proven ability to close warm inbound leads over the phone or via video/demo calls.
• Comfortable on-camera while running professional demo calls with clients.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries from property owners interested in management services.
• Qualify owner needs, property details, timelines, and urgency.
