Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an Employee Central Team Manager to lead an administrative services team across the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on transition activities from Germany to Poland, process redesign for remote delivery, and ensuring excellent service delivery and knowledge transfer.

Applicants should have at least 6 years in Hire-to-Retire Shared Services, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills in a global environment.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years in Hire-to-Retire Shared Services environment with people management or project management experience.
• English and German language skills required at C1 level or higher.
• Experience transitioning/transforming processes and driving continuous improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of up to 15 people in administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle.
• Oversee transitions from Germany to Poland and redesign processes for remote setup.
• Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, and high-quality service delivery.
