Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an HR Specialist for Employee Central in Germany-related operations, focusing on HR lifecycle tasks and process optimization. The role covers hiring, contracting, and work and income activities in German and English, with an emphasis on compliance and service quality.

You will participate in transitions between Germany and Poland, support case management, and own a competence center to drive improvements while collaborating with stakeholders across the HR function.

Qualifications

German and English at least B2 level.
Minimum 2 years of professional HR experience.
Completed higher education preferably in HR or related areas.
Ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style (HR 3-pilar-model).

Responsibilities

Participate in the transition of activities from Germany to Poland (occasional travel foreseen).
Support and administer processing of HR tasks with varying complexity, ensuring compliance.
Process hiring, contracting, and work- and income-related changes using our case management system, e-mail or phone.
Work on projects and in an environment with targets to measure service quality.
Take ownership of at least one competence center (e.g., termination, absences, hiring, compensation) and drive transition activities while keeping stakeholders informed.
