Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim seeks an HR Specialist in Employee Central to support the Germany-Poland transition and employee lifecycle processes in German and English. You will manage casework, ensure compliance, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

Participate in transition of activities from Germany to Poland (occasional travel).
Support and administer processing of tasks with varying complexity, ensuring compliance.
Process hiring, contracting, and work/income-related changes using case management systems, email or phone.
Contribute to projects and service quality metrics.
Own at least one competence center (e.g., termination, absences, hiring, compensation) and drive transition activities.
