Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Poland seeks an Employee Central Expert to support HR activities across the employee lifecycle in German and English, focusing on accurate transactions, continuous improvements, and collaboration with global teams.

You will participate in cross-country activities, guide operational processes, and ensure smooth knowledge transfers while maintaining a service-oriented mindset and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in HR or employee lifecycle support
• German and English at C1 level or higher
• Completed higher education preferably in HR or related areas
• Empathy, teamwork, accountability and service mindset
• Strong analytical and project leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Participating in and supporting HR activities across Germany and Poland
• Handling day-to-day HR transactions across processes with accuracy and compliance
• Acting as SME for complex cases and escalations in HR
• Backup for Team Manager, coordinating workflow during absences
• Identifying process gaps and driving corrective actions
• Representing the Competence Center in stakeholder interactions
• Coordinating global and local DEMAs and cross-country harmonization
• Leading projects and driving end-to-end process improvements
• Ensuring timely, high-quality completion of recurring and ad hoc activities
