Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to focus on maintenance and development of electronic document management systems, notably the ELO platform. This remote role requires strong ELO expertise, SQL skills, and experience in 2nd/3rd line support.

You will collaborate with IT and business units to ensure high availability and performance while communicating in English, Polish, and German at an intermediate level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ELO document management system.
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Ability to analyze application logs and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in problem-solving.
• Advanced level of English and Polish.
• Intermediate level of German.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and administering the ELO document management system.
• Developing new functionalities and participating in implementation projects.
• Analyzing and resolving user-reported issues related to system performance.
• Diagnosing errors and analyzing application logs to ensure smooth operation.
• Creating and modifying simple scripts to support system functionality.
• Collaborating with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to enhance system performance.
• Ensuring high availability and stability of the document management environment.
