Sii Poland is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on the maintenance and development of electronic document management systems. You will support users of the ELO Digital Office platform, ensuring high availability and reliability of the environment in a remote-friendly setup.

You will maintain and administer ELO, develop new functionalities, analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with IT teams and vendors to improve system performance while working in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ELO Document Management System (ELO Digital Office).
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Ability to analyze application logs and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in problem-solving.
• Advanced level of English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and administering the ELO document management system.
• Developing new functionalities and participating in implementation projects.
• Analyzing and resolving user-reported issues related to system performance.
• Diagnosing errors and analyzing application logs to ensure smooth operation.
• Creating and modifying simple scripts to support system functionality.
• Collaborating with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to enhance system performance.
• Ensuring high availability and stability of the document management environment.
