Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on maintenance and development of electronic document management systems. You will support users of the ELO Digital Office platform, ensuring high availability and system stability in a remote role.

The role emphasizes 2nd/3rd line support, log analysis, scripting for automation, and collaboration with IT and business units to improve performance. English and Polish are required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience with ELO document management system.
Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues.
Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support.
Excellent communication and independent problem-solving.
Fluent English and Polish; German at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and administering the document management system, specifically ELO.
Developing new functionalities and participating in implementation projects.
Analyzing and resolving user-reported issues related to system performance.
Diagnosing errors and analyzing application logs to ensure smooth operation.
Creating and modifying simple scripts to support system functionality.
Collaborating with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to enhance system performance.
Ensuring high availability and stability of the document management environment.
